What is eGift

It is a service that allows you to give a gift by sending a receiving URL via LINE, email, or SNS DM without knowing the recipient's address.
The recipient does not need to register as a member, and the gift will be delivered once the delivery address is entered.

When to use eGift

Simply send the URL issued after purchase via LINE, SNS, or email to the person you want to gift!
You can give a gift without asking for the address.

How to Send an eGift

  • 1) Select "Send as eGift"

    Select 'Send as eGift'

    By selecting "Send as eGift to someone whose address you do not know" on the product page, you can use the eGift service

  • 2) Enter the Message

    Select the digital message card and enter your message. You can also preview it

  • 3) Send the URL via SNS or Email

    Once the purchase is complete, a URL for receiving the eGift is issued. You can gift the eGift by sharing the URL via LINE or other SNS and email

Can eGifts be selected for all products?

Products that display the button "Send as eGift to someone whose address you do not know" on their product page can be selected

Can gifts be sent anonymously or with a nickname?

Yes, you can send gifts with a nickname set during purchase.
The recipient will not know the "sender's name or address". Similarly, the sender will not know the "recipient's name or address"

Is there an expiration date for the eGift receiving URL?

The expiration date is 23:59 five days after the purchase date.
By that time, please not only send the URL to the recipient but also have them enter the delivery information from the URL.
If the expiration date is exceeded, the product will be delivered to the "sender's" address instead of being canceled. Please note that you cannot specify the desired delivery date and time

What happens if the recipient does not enter their address?

The purchased product will be delivered to the "sender's" address instead of being canceled. We will inform you via email for confirmation.
We do not accept cancellations from customers in advance.
Also, you cannot specify the desired delivery date and time.

How is the eGift URL sent?

After purchase, you can obtain (copy) the URL on the screen, and you will need to send the URL yourself via LINE, SNS DM, email, etc.

Additionally, you will receive an email with the subject "Thank you for purchasing e-gift," allowing you to confirm the URL from the email.
Since the system sends a dedicated URL through email, please set your domain to receive emails from "support@mofusand-mofumofu-market.jp".

Can I confirm if the recipient has entered their address?

Once the recipient has completed entering their address, an email will be sent to the sender.

Can I change the input of the message or name if it's incorrect?

Changes cannot be made, so please be careful.

Can I send multiple products as e-gifts?

If the product page displays a button labeled "Send as an e-gift to a recipient whose address is unknown," you can purchase the same products.
They will be delivered together (the gift recipient will be at one location).
You cannot purchase "regular purchase products" and "e-gift purchase products" at the same time.

Can I send e-gifts to multiple delivery addresses?

Only one delivery address can be specified. Multiple delivery addresses cannot be specified.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place separate orders for each delivery address.

Is it possible to specify a desired delivery date and time?

After receiving the e-gift URL, you can specify your desired delivery date and time on the address entry screen.
If you wish for the earliest possible shipment, please set the delivery date and time to "Do not specify."
After the product is shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent to the recipient, allowing them to contact Yamato Transport directly.

What should I do if I accidentally delete the e-gift URL email?

Resending is not possible, so please be careful.
However, it is possible to resend the URL only.

Are there any regions where delivery is not possible?

Okinawa Prefecture is outside the delivery area for e-gifts. Please understand this in advance.

Can I send gifts to people living overseas?

Product delivery is limited to within Japan.

Is it possible to issue a receipt or delivery note?

If a receipt is needed, please contact us through the inquiry form for purchasers only.
Delivery notes cannot be issued, so please understand this in advance.
