  • In principle, we will respond sequentially during 5 business days. Inquiries received on weekends and holidays, GW, year -end and New Year holidays, and our designated holidays will be confirmed sequentially from the next business day.
  • We send the answers from our customers to the individual who contacted us. Please do not reprint or publish all or part of the answer to others, and to be reprinted or posted in places where unspecified majority, such as SNS, can be viewed.

Initial defective replacement guidelines

If you have confirmed any problems with the product you have purchased, we would like to ask you, but please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.

Points I would like to check before inquiries

  • Please prepare an image that allows you to confirm the problem of the product.
  • In the case of dirt, etc., please try whether you can wipe it with a tightly squeezed cloth once wet. Fine dirt etc. that can be wiped are not eligible for replacement.
    If you can't get it even if you wipe it, please let us know when you contact us.
  • If the parts of the product are deficient or damaged, only the relevant parts may be shipped.

Cases cannot be accepted or exchanged

  • Return / exchange for your convenience
  • If you contact us after [within 7 days after the arrival of the product]
  • If the product is returned without prior notice
  • If you have scratches or damage after you use the product
  • Request for return / exchange from non -purchasers
  • When purchased on non -regular routes such as auction sites
  • When purchased at stores other than our shop
  • By manufacturing specifications and individual differences
  • Uneven paint, fine scratches, scratches, sewing, etc.
  • If there are broken, scratches, and dirt on the outer bag, box, product tag, etc., and there is no problem with the product itself
  • In addition, if there is no problem based on our provisions

Precautions regarding replacement

  • If you send a product without any notice in advance, we will not be able to respond to replacement and refund.
  • Please note that even if you make inquiries within 7 days after purchasing or arrival, if you can not prepare alternatives such as sold out products, we may respond by refund.
