About membership registration

There is no enrollment fee or annual membership fee.
If you order, you need to register as a member (free).

◎ Member registration method

  2. Please enter your information on the new member registration screen.
    • All input and selection items are essential items.
    • Set the valid address used by you for your email address.

  3. Check "Handling of Terms of Use and Personal Information" and click "Register Member".
  4. You will receive a member registration completion email to the registered e -mail address.

◎ Notes

  • If you have an error in your registered email address, you will not be able to send an email from our shop. Please enter accurately when registering.
  • If the registered e -mail address is restricted, you may not be able to receive emails from our shop. In accordance with the settings of each mobile company, cancel the domain refusal or " @"mofusand-Mofumofu-market.jp "Please set the specified reception.

About your order

If you have registered as a member, please log in and proceed to order.
If you order on this site, you need to register as a member (free).

◎ Order method

  1. Press the "Put in the cart" button on the product page and the product will enter the shopping cart.

◎ Notes

  • When the product is put in the cart, it does not mean that the product is secured. Products will be secured at the same time as the order procedure is completed.
  • You cannot order reserved products and regular products at once.
  • You cannot change or cancel after your order. Please order after understanding.

◎ About registration of credit card number

If you register your e -mail address and mobile phone number in "SHOP Pay", you can easily enter the six -digit code sent by SMS to the mobile phone number to the mobile phone number, and easily without re -entering the credit card information. Payment will be possible.

● Smartphone payment (PayPay, LINE Pay, Melpei)

It is an electronic payment to be paid using the QR code of the smartphone and a dedicated application.
In our shop, we use KOMOJU's settlement agency service.
To use, you need to register on PayPay, LINE Pay, and Mel Pay in advance.

◎ You can use the smartphone payment

◎ Payment method

When accessing with a smartphone

  1. When ordering, select "PayPay (PayPay, LINE Pay, Melpei)" on the payment screen.
  2. If you tap "Order Completion", you will move to Komoju's settlement screen. Select your desired payment method from PayPay, LINE Pay, and Melpei.
  3. Check the displayed payment amount and tap "Proceed".
  4. The smartphone payment app will start, so please tap "Pay" according to the screen.

When accessing on a PC

  1. When ordering, select "PayPay (PayPay, LINE Pay, Melpei)" on the payment screen.
  2. If you tap "Order Completion", you will move to Komoju's settlement screen. Select your desired payment method from PayPay, LINE Pay, and Melpei.
  3. The QR code is displayed. If you scan the QR code on the smartphone where the payment app is installed, the payment procedure screen will be displayed.

◎ Notes

  • After moving to each smartphone settlement app, please make a payment procedure within the following hours.
    PayPay: After moving to the PayPay app [within 5 minutes]
    LINE Pay: After moving to the LINE app [within 20 minutes]
    Melpei: After moving to Melpei App [within 20 minutes]

● Payment Paidy

Paidy is a payment method that summarizes the price the following month and pays at convenience stores and banks.

◎ Payment method

  1. When ordering, select "Payment Paidy" by the payment method, and enter your email address and mobile phone number.
  2. Enter the 4 -digit authentication code sent by SMS to complete your order.
  3. Paidy will receive a notification of the billing amount from Paidy and SMS between the 1st to 5th of the following month, so please select the payment method and pay by the 27th of the following month.

◎ Number of days from order to shipping

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 business days from the "Order Date".
In the case of reserved items, we will ship within 7 business days from the "product release date".

◎ Delivery status after shipping

After shipping the ordered product, please check the "Shipping Completion Email" to be sent to the registered e -mail address.
It describes the URL that you can check the inquiry number and delivery status of Yamato.

◎ Notes

  • We will ship for each order number (order number). You cannot summarize multiple orders.
  • The delivery date and time cannot be specified.
  • We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery is only in Japan, and we do not ship overseas.

About return / exchange

When the product arrives, first check "whether the product is scratched or defective" or "whether it matches your order".

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer reasons.
Please check the color, size, characteristics, delivery date, precautions, etc. of the product before ordering before ordering.
