About Member Registration

There are no membership fees or annual fees.
When placing an order, member registration (free) is required.

◎ How to Register as a Member

  1. Please proceed from the new member registration page.
  2. On the new member registration screen, please enter your information.
    • All input and selection items are required.
    • Please set a valid email address that you use.
    • Please register a password with at least 5 characters, using alphanumeric characters.
  3. Please confirm the "Terms of Use and Handling of Personal Information" and click "Register as a Member".
  4. A completion email will be sent to the registered email address.

◎ Important Notes

  • If there is an error in the registered email address, we will not be able to send emails from our store. Please enter it accurately when registering.
  • If the registered email address is restricted from receiving, you may not be able to receive emails from our store. Please follow the settings of each carrier, remove domain rejection, or set "@mofusand-mofumofu-market.jp" as a specified receiving address.

About Ordering

If you have already registered as a member, please log in and proceed to order.
When ordering on this site, member registration (free) is required.

◎ How to Order

  1. Press the "Add to Cart" button on the product page to add the item to the shopping cart.
  2. If you want to continue searching for products, press the "Continue Shopping" button. If you want to proceed with your purchase, press the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  3. Once the ordering process is complete, a "Thank you! ○○" screen will be displayed.
  4. An "Order Confirmation Email" will be automatically sent to the registered email address.

◎ Important Notes

  • Adding a product to the cart does not reserve that product. The product is reserved once the ordering process is complete.
  • You cannot place an order combining pre-order products and regular products.
  • Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after ordering. Please place your order with prior understanding.
  • If you do not receive the order confirmation email, there may be a possibility of it being in the spam folder, incorrect email settings by the customer, or email address input errors. Please check and contact us from the contact form.
  • We do not accept wrapping services.

◎ About Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of orders. Please place your order with prior understanding.

◎Notes

  • The usage date (settlement date) of the credit card will be the "order date" for both in-stock and pre-order products.
  • The closing date of the credit card varies depending on the card company you use. Please check with your credit card company.
  • In the case of pre-order products, there may be cases where the fee is deducted before the product arrives at your hand. Please understand in advance.

◎Regarding Credit Card Number Registration

If you register your email address and mobile phone number with "Shop Pay", you can make payments easily by simply entering the 6-digit code sent via SMS to the registered mobile phone number at the next purchase, without re-entering your credit card information.
※The Shop Pay app does not support Japanese, so you cannot enter addresses in Japanese. Please register from the web page.

●Apple Pay

◎Payment Method

Tap the Apple Pay button displayed on the order continuation screen and log in to Apple.
After logging in, select the registered delivery destination and credit card, etc., and complete your order continuation.

●Rakuten Pay

You can make smooth payments using your usual Rakuten ID and password. Rakuten points can be accumulated and used! Please use the "easy", "safe", and "profitable" Rakuten Pay.
※Rakuten points are accumulated only for payments made with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, or Rakuten Cash.

◎Payment Method

  1. At the time of order, select "Rakuten Pay" on the payment screen, and click "Confirm Order".
  2. Tap "Order Completed" to move to the KOMOJU settlement screen.
  3. You will be redirected to the Rakuten member login screen, so please log in with your Rakuten ID.
  4. Check the contents displayed on the Rakuten Pay site and complete your payment.

◎Regarding Usage History

For details on Rakuten point usage, please check the automatic delivery email sent from Rakuten or Rakuten Pay Usage History.

●d Payment

d points are accumulated and can be used according to the payment amount! It's a simple, convenient, and profitable service from Docomo.
Payment methods include convenient phone bill combined payment and credit card payment, so even non-Docomo users can use it.

◎Payment Method

  1. At the time of order, select "d Payment" on the payment screen, and click "Confirm Order".
  2. You will be redirected to the login screen, so please log in with your d account.
  3. Check the contents displayed on the d Payment site and complete your payment.

◎Regarding Usage History

For details on d point usage, please check the automatic delivery email sent from Docomo or d Payment Usage History.

●Smartphone Payment (PayPay, au PAY)

This is an electronic payment using QR codes or dedicated apps.
Our store uses KOMOJU's settlement agency service.
Registration with PayPay or au PAY is required in advance for use.

If accessing with a smartphone

  1. At the time of order, select your desired payment method on the payment screen.
  2. Tap "Order Completed" to move to the KOMOJU settlement screen.
  3. Confirm the displayed payment amount and tap "Proceed".
  4. The smartphone payment app will start, so follow the screen instructions and tap "Pay".

If accessing with a PC

  1. At the time of order, select your desired payment method on the payment screen.
  2. Tap "Order Completed" to move to the KOMOJU settlement screen.
  3. A QR code will be displayed. Scan the QR code with a smartphone that has the corresponding payment app installed to display the payment procedure screen.

◎Notes

  • After moving to each QR code payment app, please complete the payment process within the time specified below.
    PayPay: Within 5 minutes after moving to the PayPay app
    au PAY: Within 5 minutes after moving to the au PAY app

●Post-payment Paidy

Paidy is a payment method that allows you to pay your total charges for the month at a convenience store or bank the following month.
There are no transaction fees per purchase, but the payment method for the billed month may incur different fees. Please check the official Paidy page for details.

◎Payment Methods

  1. When ordering, please select "Post-payment Paidy" as the payment method and enter your email address and mobile phone number.
  2. After entering the 4-digit verification code sent via SMS, your order will be completed.
  3. Between the 1st and 5th of the following month, you will receive a notification of the billed amount via email and SMS from Paidy. Please select a payment method and complete the payment by the 27th of the following month.
    ※Important※
    From June 2024, the payment due date and notification date (via email and SMS) for your billing amount will be extended.

    [For orders before June 2024]
    Example: If ordered on May 1, 2024
    • Payment notification: Between June 1st and 3rd, you will receive a notification of the billed amount via email and SMS from Paidy.
    • Payment deadline: June 10
    [For orders from June 2024 onwards]
    Example: If ordered on June 1, 2024
    • Payment notification: Between July 1st and 5th, you will receive a notification of the billed amount via email and SMS from Paidy.

If the order amount for one transaction is ¥11,000 (including tax) or more, the shipping fee is free.

◎Days from Order to Shipment

Excluding certain products, items in stock will be delivered within 7 business days from the day after the order date, and pre-order items will be delivered within 7 business days from the scheduled start shipping date. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on the specified delivery date and time.

◎Shipping Status After Shipment

After your order has been shipped, please check the "Shipment Completion Email" sent to your registered email address.
It includes the Yamato inquiry number and URL to check the delivery status.

◎Cautions

  • We will ship per order number (order number). We cannot combine multiple orders.
  • No shipments are made on weekends and holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

When the product arrives, please first confirm "whether there are any damages or defects in the product" and "whether it matches the order content."

◎Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Please confirm the color, size, content, features, delivery date, and cautions of the product before ordering.

◎Returns and Exchanges Due to Product Defects

While we strive for perfection, if a defective product such as a damaged item or a product different from the order arrives, we will respond to returns and exchanges.

[Within 7 days after product arrival] Please specify the "name of the product" and "quantity" and contact us via the inquiry form.
After confirming the content, we will contact you again from our store.

Please note that in cases where replacement items cannot be prepared, such as sold-out products, we may respond with a refund.
※Even if you return items using the original BOX, replacement items will be shipped in a regular delivery box. The original BOX cannot be returned, so please be aware of this in advance.

<In the following cases, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted>

  • If contacted after [within 7 days after product arrival]
  • If the product is returned without prior contact
  • If damage or breakage occurs after the customer has used the product
  • Requests for returns or exchanges from someone other than the purchaser
  • If purchased outside of regular routes such as auction sites
  • If purchased at a store other than our store
  • Due to manufacturing specifications or individual differences
  • Other cases where defects are not recognized based on our company's regulations

◎If the product is returned to our store without being received

After the product is shipped from our store, if the product is returned to our store without being received by the customer (including refusal to accept, expiration of storage period due to absence, or unclear address, but not limited to these), we will notify the customer's registered email address from our store.
If you wish to have the product reshipped, please contact us by replying to the email from our store within one month after the email notification. Please note that reshipment will be done with shipping charges paid on delivery.
If no reply or receipt is made even after one month from the email notification from our store, the order will be treated as canceled upon notification to the customer's registered email address, and the following costs will be borne by the customer. If the product price has been paid in advance, we will process a refund for the remaining amount after deducting the customer's share of costs.

    ※The fee will be based on the delivery charges determined by our store for each region. Please check "About Delivery" in the usage guide for details.
    ※Even in the case of free shipping orders, the same charges will apply.
    ※If reshipment occurs multiple times, the delivery charges for the number of times will be billed.
    ※If return shipping charges arise separately due to the courier company's regulations, the additional costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Actual costs incurred related to the ordered product (including wrapping fees, various service fees, but not limited to these).

◎In case the customer uses an overseas delivery agency service and the product is shipped overseas

This site is provided for customers residing within Japan. However, if the customer uses "Global-e" to purchase products from outside Japan, the usage of this site is possible in accordance with the terms of use applicable to "Global-e". Also, even if the customer uses an overseas forwarding service at their own responsibility, our company will respond in the same manner as above for returns and exchanges. For example, even if the customer uses an overseas forwarding service to purchase products, within 7 days from the date the product arrives at the specified address within Japan, the customer must contact our customer center via the inquiry form and follow our company's instructions to return the product. Additionally, if our company responds with a replacement, the shipping destination for the replacement will be the same as the initially specified shipping destination (in this case, the shipping charges borne by our company are limited to the shipping charges to the specified address within Japan).
Furthermore, our company will not assume any responsibility for damages, breakages, or shortages (such as those occurring after the product has arrived at the specified address within Japan) caused by the customer's use of an overseas forwarding service.
