◉ Shipping Company
We will ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service.
◉ Shipping Fee
If the order amount per transaction is ¥11,000 (including tax) or more, the shipping fee will be free.

◉ Days from Order to Shipment
For items in stock, excluding certain products, we will ship within 7 business days from the day following the order date. For pre-order items, we will ship within 7 business days from the scheduled shipping start date. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on the requested date and time specified at the time of order.
◉ Delivery Status After Shipment
After the ordered products are shipped, please check the 'Shipment Completion Email' sent to your registered email address.
It includes Yamato's inquiry number and a URL where you can check the delivery status.
◉ Notes
- We will ship each order number (order number) separately. We cannot combine multiple orders.
- You cannot specify the delivery date and time.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
